To become a probationary member, candidates must pass a basic skill and fitness test, a written exam, and an interview.
Once accepted, you will become a probationary member where you will be expected to attend firefighter training that includes classroom and hands-on learning about fire suppression, tools & equipment, search & rescue, and many other relevant topics.
Once this training is completed, probationary members will be expected to pass the written and skill-based tests to become a full member of the Mora Area Fire Department
