Finance

The City's Finance Department handles all of the city's finances.  The department is responsible for accounting auditing, receipts and disbursements, cash management, investing city funds, administering payroll and special assessments.  The department works with the City Council in preparing the city's annual operating and capital improvement budgets and the Public Utilities Commission preparing the Mora Municipal Utilities annual budget.
