City Hall - Regular Office Hours

City Hall will reopen to the public on Monday, June 22, 2020 with the regular office hours of 8:00am- 4:30pm.

The health and safety of our employees and customers remains a priority, so although City and Utility in-person services are reopening it is still strongly encouraged to access service needs via the outside building drop box, email, telephone (City: 320-679-1511, Utility: 320-679-1451) or online (www.ci.mora.mn.us) whenever possible.

 For health and safety purposes, the City of Mora has implemented several protocols to help reduce the potential spread of COVID-19 including:

  • Scheduling an appointment prior to arrival, if possible
  • Encouraging the use of face masks
  • Requiring the use of hand sanitizer while at city hall (provided)
  • Encouraging customers to conduct business individually, do not bring others with you to city hall
  • Serving only one customer at any given time
  • Managing traffic flow to ensure social distancing
  • Advising customers to leave city hall if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms

Although city hall will reopen to the public please keep in mind what our Return to Work Plan states about other facilities:

Access to all utility plants, the public works garage and the fire hall is limited to staff and vendors/outside entities that are critical to the operation of those areas.

a. If you don’t have essential business in those locations, please do not visit them.

b. The department head will determine if there are vendors and/or outside entities that must be on site to do work that is necessary to keep the facilities operational.

c. Vendors and/or outside entities that must enter the facilities if there is no practical alternative are required to wear a face mask.
