2026 Local Elections

The 2026 election season is approaching. The Primary Election will be held on August 11, 2026, and the General Election will be held on November 3, 2026, at Mora City Hall.
The following City offices will be on the November ballot:
· Mayor (one four-year term)
· City Council Member (one four-year term)
· City Council Member (one two-year term to fill an unexpired vacancy)
Individuals interested in running for office may file at City Hall between 8 a.m. July 14 and 5 p.m. July 28, 2026. The filing fee is $15. For a write-in candidate’s vote to be counted, they must register as a write-in candidate no later than 7 days before the city election.
