The Mora industrial park is in its second phase with 20 acres of level terrain available for immediate development and an additional 20 acres remaining for future development. Lots are available ranging in size from 2.4 to 9.2 acres. Lots may be divided or combined to suit individual business needs.
Easily accessible from Minnesota Highways 65 and 23, the industrial park has all infrastructure installed and is ready for development. The Mora Municipal Airport is located immediately east of the industrial park.
The cost of land is $12,500 per acre - just $0.29 per square foot - which includes all improvements to the property, including paved streets, street lighting, storm drainage, and water and sanitary sewer.
